Next-Day Order Cut-Off Time
We have a cut-off time of 4PM for both next-day pick-up and delivery orders.
Any orders submitted after 4PM, even if the next-day delivery is selected, will automatically be processed for delivery or pick-up on the following business day. Please ensure your order is placed before the cut-off time to guarantee timely delivery or pick-up.
Product Sizes
Bagels: Each bagel measures approximately 10–13 cm in diameter. All bagels are uniform in weight, regardless of size variation.
Focaccias: Each focaccia measures 23 cm x 28 cm. It will not come pre-sliced, but customers can cut it into up to 8 sandwich portions.
Spreads: Each portion contains 90g.
Payment Process
WoosyBakes accepts manual payments exclusively via PayLah! and PayNow.
Payment must be completed before your order can be processed.
Customers can place their orders as usual, and payment instructions will be provided during the process. When making a payment, please include your name and phone number in the message or comments field.
Alternatively, customers may complete the ordering process first and receive an email confirmation containing their order number. Payment via PayLah! or PayNow must still be made afterward, with the order number entered in the message or comments field.
If payment has not been received, WoosyBakes will contact the customer to arrange payment.
Unavailable Dates
Some dates may not be available for selection due to our production limitations or because we may not be operating on those days. Any non-operating days will be announced in advance. Please select another date for your order.
Changes in Delivery or Pick-Up Date
If you wish to make any changes to your delivery or pickup date, please contact us via WhatsApp at +65 8201 7145. Change requests must be communicated no later than 4PM on the day before your originally selected delivery or pickup date.
For example, if your scheduled date is 11th June, the latest time to request a cancellation and refund would be by 4PM on 10th June.
Be sure to include your order number and your name when reaching out.
Please note that changes or cancellations made after the cut-off time, or on the day of delivery or pickup, cannot be accommodated, and refunds will not be issued in such cases.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are available, provided the request is communicated via WhatsApp at +65 82017145 no later than 4PM on the day before your originally selected delivery or pickup date.
For example, if your scheduled date is 11th June, the latest time to request a cancellation and refund would be by 4PM on 10th June.
Be sure to include your order number and your name when reaching out.
Please note that cancellations or refund requests made after the cut-off time, or on the day of delivery or pickup, will not be accepted, as preparations for your order would already be underway or completed by then.
Additionally, we do not accept the return of food items for a refund under any circumstances, due to food safety and hygiene reasons.
